Product description
The powerful injection mortar for reinforcement bars and cracked concrete
- ETA approval option 1 for both cracked and uncracked concrete.
- Approved for water-filled and diamond-drilled drill holes.
- Approved for bonding reinforcement.
- Expoxy Mortar FIS EM Plus can be processed at temperatures down to -5°C.
- The optimised formulation of epoxy mortar FIS EM Plus leads to improved load values in cracked and uncracked concrete.
- The ETA rating guarantees a service life of 100 years. The IEA expert report even confirms a service life of up to 120 years, underlining the reliability and durability of FIS EM Plus.
- The mortar can be used for rebar joints from 8 to 40 mm in diameter.
- With the threaded bar FIS A, the applicable loads can be variably designed by selecting the anchoring depth.
- Temporary and removable fixing points are possible with the female threaded anchor RG M I.
- For practical use on site, FIS EM Plus can be processed at low temperatures down to -5°C.
- The mortar is approved for diamond-drilled and water-filled drill holes and for seismic applications of performance categories C1, C2 and thus provides safety under extreme conditions.
The fischer Injection Mortar FIS EM is a high-quality epoxy mortar with the highest load-bearing capacity in cracked and uncracked concrete as well as seismic applications of performance categories C1, C2. The mortar is suitable for fixings of concrete-concrete connections, high scaffolding or heavy steel structures, for both indoor and outdoor applications. The injection mortar is used together with the approved system components fischer Anchor rod FIS A with variable anchorage depth and fischer Impact anchor with internal thread RG M I, as well as with reinforcing steel. The epoxy mortar is ideally suited for rebar connections, which are placed with a large drilling diameter and a large anchorage depth. The mortar can also be used for diamond-drilled and water-filled holes.
